Products ordered from outside
the UK, will incur an additional
delivery charge, details of

Southern Ireland - please
add £2.00 to all prices for
standard delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse
delivery of goods to certain
areas. Delivery is usually
between 10-12 days, depending on
size and weight
A Fast Track service is
available if a product is
required in a hurry.
This is Royal Mails Next Day
before 1 pm service and costs £6.50
for two products like a Flush
and Fill valve and £5.20 for one
product like a Flush or Fill
valve. This charge is in
place of our standard shipping
charges as outlined on the
product pages.
NON-RECEIPT OF GOODS
RETURNS
Items may be returned to
enviroflush for any reasonable
reason* within 14 working days
from delivery. Return of the
item(s) is the sole
responsibility of the customer
and enviroflush must be informed
of the reasons for return prior
to returning goods.
* items which have been damaged
by fitting, misuse or deliberate
action will not be subject to
the 14 day return policy.
The customer is responsible for
the return of, and cost of
returning correctly supplied
goods
We reserve the right to make a
handling charge to cover our
expenses on returned goods
All returns are subject to the
goods being complete, unused and
in a saleable condition. This
includes the goods packaging.
Faulty or defective items may be
returned within 21 days for a
replacement.

The buyer must ensure that
information provided to this

Any losses incurred due to
inaccurate or erroneous
information provided on this
site will be the sole
responsibility of the buyer.

company is a supplier of
products only. We do not
arrange for or carry out the
fixing of products.
If a Fluidmaster product is
fitted incorrectly, and a
customers house is water damaged
following incorrect fitting, the
company is not responsible for
any damage. Correct
fitment of the product will be
the responsibility of the
company or person employed to
